BERGAMOTA Hair Care Bergamot oil: This is an interesting set of bergamot oil products. It includes a 4.05-ounce bottle of oil plus a mascara made with the oil. The citrus scent of the oil is light and pleasant. The instructions say to wet your hair, add a few drops of oil, rub it in, let it sit for a few minutes, and rinse it out. I follow with shampoo and conditioner like usual. The mascara is fine (it stayed on all day and washed out with makeup remover), but the brush is much too large for eyelashes. To be honest, I would rather have the oil in a mascara tube like this but without any color and with a thin brush/wand (if I wanted any color on my lashes, I could apply my preferred mascara once the oil dries; by not including any color in the oil, it would also be suitable for application at night). Since this oil is intended for beards and mustaches as well, a mascara wand with clear oil would work really well for application.

This is my first time using mascara like this. It has a big fat full brush. So I have to open my eyes very wide to it on my eyelashes without getting it everywhere else. It seems to be somewhat more waterproof than other non waterproof mascaras because it has held up while others have run right off my eyes. It is a black black. It also smells pretty good. Not like a chemical like others I have used. I keep this one in my bathroom pantry for last minute or running errands. The formula has not flaked or clumped up on my lashes either. I have naturally blonde and normal length eyelashes.
